Gift Ideas/suggestions

Hi, Could you ladies suggest some gift ideas..i want to say thank you to my sister, who pregnancy end has been amazing, to the point she was called mid way through me going into labor, early hours to come pick up my youngest who my husband had to drag out of bed and bring with him. She lost her baby in October 24 and has been going through lots of fertitily related things and despite all this has just shown how strong she is on the outside but I know its been so tough on her and she is keeping alot to herself. I want to give her something that screams class but thoughtful and have no idea where to begin. I don't want to get anything "unique off etsy etc" just something a girl would be happy receiving. She is in her 30s xx
