Is she ebf or feed from bottle? If she’s feeding from bottle, maybe the teet is too slow for her. If she’s ebf, you can try to pump just to see how much milk output per the time she feed, just to get an idea
I had this recently, check the teat isn't blocked, if it isn't it might be time to size up the teat as she simply might not be getting the feed quick enough and falling asleep using the bottle as a dummy. X
I gently tap the bottom of the bottle and that seems to get my girl to drink
@Natasha she’s just gone onto full formula but we’ve already changed the teats as it was taking her over an hour to finish a bottle 🫠
@Jess my LG went from mam 0 to 1 and then within days she was on mam 2, 1 was still to slow for her, worth a try. X
You could try change her nappy before feeds if you’re not already as the cold air would probably wake her up a little
My little one did this. I used to tickle his feet or used to take his baby grow off to wake him up a little bit more x
This happens with my boy. I usually get him sat up to burp him and that usually wakes him up
Stroke her cheek lightly or rub her feet to wake her up and continue the feed. They are too tired to nurse but too hungry to sleep, welcome to regulating another humans emotions for them lol.
