Possibly chemical or evap line? What’s going on?

I had my D&C on the 26th March. My tests finally became negative last week. Confirmed with 2 early digital tests and typical sticks. EPU never followed me up. A few days ago I felt sick with dizziness. I started to bleed 3 days ago which is extremely heavy. Was trying to track my ovulation to TTC and my LH came back high. Decided to take a pregnancy test and it came back a faint positive. Could I possible be having a chemical or my body didn’t aknowledge left over tissue till my AF started? 😔This could be possibly my 4th loss
