@Leyla thank you for the advice 🫶 noted ✅
This is the time all women most vulnerable, weather we admit or not, take this seriously and help yourself so you don't get depressed. God loves you
Routine routine routine. Call on your support system for help and don't feel like you're bothering anyone. Get outside, change your clothes daily, busy your schedule. It'll help as baby grows to just be used to being on the move
Same, don't know how you just do haha. Just do what you need to do/what works for you and baby. Don't worry about all the things you're "meant" to do amd don't listen to the haters. Let your house get messy if you don't have the time or energy to sort it out. The time and routines will come
Routine, don't be afraid to ask for help, DO NOT LET PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT. I am particularly with my babies and for some ungodly known reason people think they can just give or do whatever with my children without having to ask???? Your brain just knows and it instincts will take over I PROMISE
Idk how i survived, but I did, we all do it, u just suck it up and stay alone for hours and days until they start talking to u or start walking then u feel better. But try to meditate, I wish someone told me this 4 years ago, also maybe u dont like it but try to learn a new language, with a totally different alphabet letters like Arabic or Russian, then brain will start working and u wont fell depressed and helpless all the time, good luck 🙏🙏🙏❤️
