Feeling let down

I’ve been to the hospital 6 times, in pain crying for help just to be fobbed off and neglected by nhs…my notes say I need an emergency blood test but no one has contacted me and when I called to ask about it they told me they are very busy…I can’t shake the feeling something is wrong with my baby and no one is listening 😭😭😭
