Is a hot water bottle safe to use on your back during pregnancy as it’s very hot and I don’t know if it had to be a certain temp like when they tell you not to have hot baths?

Did you use a pregnancy pillow, if so what one do you recommend? The big U shape ones or the long straight ones that can curve too?
