Anyone been abroad with their little ones and got any recommendations?
So my son used to be good at staying in bed for quiet time or he'll take a nap if he's feeling up to it. But lately he's been running out of his room to find me to either play or read with him. But this time is sacred to me. I need this time for myself to reset, take a break or food prep done for dinner. So I'm ask...
Almost died this morning slipping on a hot wheels truck in the dark 🫠 I used to think Lego was the painful toy to tread on but hot wheels takes the prize. Has anyone got any cool storage ideas for their kid’s cars? The cuter the better, I’m thinking of a display at toddler height that they can enjoy and still play…
Ladies! We are looking to start a walking club on Thurs/Fri mornings, some of us are meeting at Parra Park 10am Friday 4th April (weather permitting). If you're free then come down! Meeting somewhere by the bathrooms on the east side of the park, where there's more parking: https://maps.app.goo.gl/GWz3d85xN6RVZXEi7
My little boy hasn’t been in a pram since he turned 2. We use a buggy board at times as he has a younger brother. We are going to Spain in June. We will have a pram with us and my thinking is if he does get tired he can sit in his little brother’s pram🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I have a 7 month old and if I’m not watching her I’m exhausted trying to get rest. Any tips on how I can carve out time to do projects? If I try while she’s around she just wants to get into my stuff.
So Ive decided I could use a little mini vaca and I’m planning on going to Orlando Florida, and I really wanna take my daughter who will be 15 months old in May, to Disney world! Her childhood is also my mother hood so not really worried about her remembering this when she’s older, but do you think this will be wort...

Does anybody do worksheets or activities to teach ABC'S and 123's? And/or other stimulating activities? Need some inspiration!
I’ve legit changed her first birthday theme five times now as I’m so indecisive, it’s between Winnie the Pooh or Disney princesses. What do we think? The Winnie the Pooh invitation I had already customized and ordered, but again I’m indecisive.
Brilliant acting. Scary but factual commentary on modern society. In one part, it mentions influence of Andrew Tate who's been shown support by the likes of Jordan Peterson, Russel Brand, Donald Trump. Don't let Trump be your kid's role model. Though the series isn't directly about him, he is a lightening rod fo...
Wondering what I should teach my 3 year old. Can your child read numbers? Alphabet letters? Words? Thanks!

My kids are starting to outgrow our Little People toy sets, and I'm wondering what toys other families are buying for this stage? Barbies? American Girl/Our Generation? Something else? They still like to pretend play with dolls or figures, I just don't know what will be the biggest bang for our buck and be played wi...
My children are only 2 & 1 at the moment but in attendance at nursery which we pay for so I fully understand the fees still apply to hold their place if we choose to go on holiday. My partner is from Iraq and we’ve already had a family holiday out there which was so lovely and let my children explore their other na...
Does anyone's little one struggle to hold a pencil properly. Been trying to teach him and it's a lot harder than it looks haha. He keeps wanting to hold the very top which makes it awkward. He knows how to spell his name so been trying to get him to put it to paper. He's never really been in to sitting and drawing l...
For reference it’s a gymnastics class and I’m up on a viewing balcony.
My daughter is now 7 months old (today) and I'm at a loss as to activity ideas to do with her during the day at home. I read books with her, sing songs and nursery rhymes, do tummy time, play with various toys etc, she's also got a big mirror she can look at. I feel like I've bought her loads of "stuff" but I feel ...
