I have a 2yr old who will be 2.5. I’m not sure whether to get a double or not. Has anyone got any advice or in the same boat?

My little girl has only just turned 6 months old but is in size 4 nappys, it's leaving red marks around her legs so may have to size up! Just wondering what sizes every one else's babies are in?
