Baby carrier recommendations?

My baby will be 4 months old when we will be traveling to visit my family abroad. The flight is around 3 hours. As my brother has a baby pram there that we can use, we won't be taking ours. What would be a good baby carrier for the bus to the airport and then the 2 hours while waiting at the airport? My partner and I will be traveling together so we will be switching as to who is carrying the baby.

I have the ergobaby dream and I really like it. But I would actually recommend visiting a sling library. So you can try different carriers first before buying.

Baby Bjorn harmony works well, find it easier than tying a fabric carrier. Just have to adjust straps a little if you're a different size to your partner
