Congratulations 🎉👏🎉 I guess you are already taking folic acid and perhaps vitamin D too? I take a prenatal multi vitamin to cover all bases. If you are anything like me you will spent a lot of the 1st trimester feeling pretty unwell and tired.... just eat what you can and little and often really helped me. Smoothies were a good way for me to get vitamins in but I basically didn't manage to eat veggies for months 🤢 Be assured the sickness eases, I am finally feeling much more myself at 13+ weeks after an initial slight easing of sickness at 10 weeks. I do take prenatal vitamins. That was part of my TTC regimen so I just bought more lol. I have been cutting back on meal portions lately, but I want to make sure I’m getting enough proteins, carbs, fruits/veggies, etc. I just want something to tell me when I’m falling behind
