Longer naps
Anyone else's lo suddenly taking longer naps at 3? My son was barely napping an hour, if he would nap at all. Now that he is 3 he has been sleeping over an hour and takes his nap fairly easily almost every day. Could it be a growth spurt or could something be wrong??

I have the opposite experience. I have boy/girl twins and the naps have just dwindled leading up to their 3rd birthday and after. It’s madness sometimes in the house with cranky 3 year olds.

I think he wasn't feeling well. He has since gone back to barely napping.
