If a prawn is pink it's cooked. Raw prawns are grey. Nearly all prawns you buy are ready cooked and safe to eat in pregnancy!

Get one of those huge prawn rings with the cocktail sauce in the middle. I'm in the USA. Are prawns and shrimp the same or is there a difference? We do call the prawns if they are very large like the ones you get in the Deep South.
You can buy bags of frozen precooked prawns from most places - if they are pink they should be cooked! Defo having some for Christmas 😅
They should be cooked, if you're buying a premade one, check the back when buying if you're worried it should say
