I'm wanting to start getting into running but whenever I do run I get such bad shin splints. How can I avoid these and do I stop running for a few days until the pain is gone? I can also only run for literally a minute before stopping, will this get better?

Reheat or eat cold? There’s lettuce and cream cheese on it… but also rice and chicken
