Fried chicken

So my husband is from down south and wants me to make him fried chicken…I never made it before so I’m nervous. The question I have is I keep reading two different things about using buttermilk. Is water or buttermilk better? Also, which sides would you recommend?

Runners, did you continue during pregnancy?

I don't run lots, just a couple of 5km a week, but during my first pregnancy I tried to continue and felt so dizzy and light headed I stopped. I'd had a miscarriage previously and so was extra paranoid about slipping too. I'd like to continue running in my next pregnancy if possible, as I regret stopping in my first...

Does the gym still exist?

Is anyone able to get to the gym consistently? I can’t seem to figure out the juggling of life, my little one, and doing things for myself like getting a workout in. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

I didn’t realize parents can’t be in the room until afterwards and she’s already super hyped up about it so I can’t back out now… tell me it’s going to be alright?! It’s only for 30 minutes once a week, but this will be the first time she’s ever been on her own 🥺…

Wanting to join a night time class to get some exercise and maybe meet some new people. Just don't want to join a gym as I can't guarantee I'll be able to stick to it. T...
