@Nicole absolutely! I’m also trying to stick to my calorie deficit! I would love to share meal ideas. This week I prepped a giant batch of stir fry! Carrots, green beans, zucchini, yellow pepper, snow peas and broccoli with chicken breast and jasmine rice!

@Ali join us! Look into dialysis recti exercises. Dead bugs, toe taps, standing marches! The stair master when you feel up to it or walking on an incline on the treadmill!
