Ingredients: -Pre-made puff pastry -Chicken mince / Turkey mince would also work -Spices/Herbs of your choice I chose: garlic powder, thyme, paprika, black pepper and some oregano -1 egg (for egg wash) Method: Preheat oven to 200/ 180 gas oven (UK OVEN 😂) Mix the mince and spices in a large bowl using ur hands to ensure it’s seasoned throughout. Set aside. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface and then cut in half to make 2 long rectangles. Fill the centre of the pastry with your mincemeat filling and roll the pastry around so it’s essentially like a filled tube. Do not over fill as this can mean your mince does not cook through. For a more filled option I would pre- cook the mincemeat but ensure it’s cooled properly first and be aware this will change the texture. Egg wash the top then cut the long ‘tube’ into smaller sections. Bake for 35-40 mins. Check that your filling is cooked through before serving. Airfry option ‘bake’ at 180 for 20 mins. Enjoy ♥️
