But if a different one but for any mums looking to get back into working out etc with little time due to our babies, I highly recommend grow with Jo on YouTube! I just done the 20 minute one to get started but the sweat is pouring off me and she makes it enjoyable with good music. Also felt I moved a bit more and wasn’t so stiff as she makes it almost like dancing at the same time! Managed with the 2 kids, baby was fussing but you do a march every second movement so gave me time to settle him which is great! My daughter does keep teasing me and joking around now about me doing my exercises 😂😂
