How to fight with fibroids?

Hello, I have just detected small 1.3 cm fibroid. I am feeliing worried and scared. Now i am 36yrs. Here is my question: How to fight with fibroid? How to shrink naturally or what can help me? If anyone have an experience, please share your story. Thanks.
