Is it okay to eat eggplant?

Hey y’all! I know it’s not proven to be a food that induces labor but Ive heard around that it does soften ur cervix. I’m asking cause I’m obsessed with garlic eggplant and I ate some last night for the first time in a while and my baby was off the hook all night and I was getting tons of BH. And I just ate some rn and she is again moving all over the damn place when she usually isn’t active until 8:30pm . Do y’all think it’s from the eggplant? Or what’s the tea cause I want to eat some more for dinner but not if she’s tryna pop out 😗

I’ve been eating eggplant since 20 weeks. If this is a fairly new food that just introduced to your baby, she might just like it as much as you do! It does contain lots of mineral and vitamins. So I think as long as you aren’t eating like 5 whole eggplants, I think you’ll be alright . I heard it’s a preventative and helps with development too 🥰
