How long did it take for you to go from fully engaged to labour ?

I was fully engaged at 38w with my first but didn’t go into labour until 40w+6. FTM tend to have engaged babies sooner but it just means the head is fully sitting in the pelvis, it isn’t an indicator of imminent labour I’m afraid
