They say not to have whey protein, so I’ve steered clear just incase, anything vegan is recommended better-phd brand is good
I use Pulsin Pea Protein.. it’s straight protein so not flavoured, but really good if you make up your own smoothies etc. Also vital protein collagen peptides, which is good for in tea and stuff as well since it dissolves super easily. x (they both have pregnancy articles on their websites too so assume they think it’s safe)
@Charlotte do you know why whey protein is not recommended? X
@Scarlett that’s odd.. states on their protein packaging not suitable for pregnancy 🙈🤷♀️
I use form nutrition, very clean ingredients. Says on their website safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding No added nasties xxx
Have anyone tried free soul vegan protein?
Huel protein is vegan and pregnancy/breastfeeding friendly. You can order on their website.
Isagenix, been on it everyday for the past 3 years (including having a baby in that time!)
Isagenix, taking everyday, through pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding. Even my toddler loves sipping shakes with me.
Arbonne is delicious. I gave the ingredient list to my HV to check first. X
