I started the positive birth company and so far finding it so helpful.
I have bought the naked doula package and it’s amazing!
Hi I follow both on insta but have read the book by Sioban (positive birth company), and personally I prefer her style. I think the info will be fairly similar so choose based on which style you prefer will probably be the best. I also follow the birth uprising too, you should check them out. Similar to the naked doula but less ‘sweary’ 😂
PBC is amazing. There’s a great app for labour too

Positive birth company is amazing! Done the course with both my babies. First birth I managed to stay at home in the bath until I was 4cm, went in to hospital at 12 and my daughter was born at 4:30 using only gas and air for the last half an hour. My second I had to be induced but PBC really helped me come to terms with the fact I wasn’t getting the birth I wanted and I still felt in control
