HELP! I’ve consumed sleepy time tea and it says it’s not safe during pregnancy

Soooo I had Covid last week and had a decent amount of sleepy time tea over the course of a few days. I didn’t think anything of it, yet of course I look it up and it says to AVOID during pregnancy. Wtf I could throw up. Sooo now what?! It says Unfortunately, the main components of all of the Sleepytime tea varieties are chamomile and lemongrass, which are not deemed safe for pregnant women. Trying not to stress bc I can undo drinking a decent amount of this stuff. Any advice?! Yikes!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'd just stop talking it. The main reason herbs like that aren't safe is because it can cause uterine contractions. I'd just pay attention to your body and if anything feels off reach out to your Dr. You should be fine though.

You can drink more water to dilute and just see if you notice anything off for the next couple hours.

I had no idea chamomile tea isn't recommended in pregnancy, I drink a cup most nights and did with my first pregnancy and was fine... It doesn't say not to in pregnancy on my twinings box. I'm sure you'll be fine :)

I didn’t know this. Ive drank this tea with all of my pregnancies and no issues
