Brown spotting after orgasm
Im 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow after our first FET. This morning I had one of “those” dreams and woke up having an orgasm 🫣 I was a little nervous when I realised what had happened as we have purposely not had sex or orgasm since the FET as I have read in a few places to avoid it at least until the heartbeat is seen. But I tried not to worry and went back to sleep.
Now I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was a small amount of very very light brown spotting the tissue. Barely noticeable but definitely there. Now I’m terrified!
Should I be worried?

It could be from the progesterone. Which one are you on? It causes the cervix to become sensitive
Likely just irritation on your cervix. Orgasms don't cause miscarriages, unless there's other issues.

I had this quite a lot, obviously situations are different but I can quite confidently say that I had brown blood after every orgasm in the first trimester and everything was fine. I did have a subchorionic hematoma which was being pushed out with the orgasm. It’s not ‘normal’ but it’s quite common in IVF pregnancies ❤️
