Hospital Mesh Panty Rash

I endured being induced and being bed bound for labor (basically my hospital forced me to exclusively use bed pans for 12 hours).... and opted for not getting an epidural (not a hero, just wanted to try to prevent tears & be in control of pushing).... then after pushing for 2 hours and bb remaining just shy of crowning (bb was face up and basically stuck) I had an emergency C-section that I'm recoveing decently from... ONLY TO BE DESTROYED BY THE HOSPITAL'S MESH PANTIES. I have the worse rash all over my abdomen. Never did I expect my post partum to be marred by this flimsy piece of cloth. What the hell. (I don't have any allergies nor do I have sensitive skin)
