Pcos and late positive pregnancy test

Hello, I am extremely confused I had blood work and an ultrasound 3/30 for our initial fertility work up. We haven’t had a positive pregnancy test in the past year. My husbands semen analysis was not great only 1% normal sperm. My ultrasound showed thickened lining and fluid in cul de sac with lots of immature egg follicles. My hcg was negative but blood work showed i ovulated. Now fast forward to this evening, randomly decided to test because of some breast tenderness and some other weird feelings i’m CD 62. I think i skipped a cycle due to my PCOS. BUT ITS POSITIVE. Now i’m like is it even possible for it to be a real pregnancy. I am so confused.
