Would you deffer for an additional year?

I have a baby of three month and a child of 9 years full time, a teen son I share custody of plus a vulnerable adult daughter that I support more than an average adult child. I am going back to work three days a week next month, also due to go back to university ( part time) in Sept. I'm trying to decide if to deffer my university course for a further year, would it be easier with a 19 month old rather than a seven month old? My degree is in counselling, it involves classroom time, seeing clients in an addiction service, supervisory sessions and having personal counselling. My work is office based - citizens advice bureau. I'm looking forward to working and studying but feeling stressed while trying to find the best childcare solution and sad that I'm leaving the baby so soon.
