Melrose Wakefield Hospital?
Hey does anyone have any experience on giving birth at Melrose Wakefield? What did you think about it? I tried asking for a tour, and they said they don’t do that at all… I just want to know if I’m going to be comfortable/get a feel for it.. any tips here 😭 I’m due in a couple months.

Hi Kali, congratulations! I unfortunately did not have a great experience there. I had an amazing doctor and ended up having a c-section and the care after wasn’t what I expected. I had difficulty recovering and was sick after my c-section, turned out they missed something and had to remove it. I had my second son at Beth Israel and the care was by far much better.
I think they only do group tours through their baby classes

Just had my son there 3/28 the nurses and the team were great with us and definitely made us feel comfortable. After your delivery they move you upstairs with the baby. They also offer a super cute congratulations dinner after your delivery. They were doing a little remodeling. I guess when we were there, I didn't get to see it because I never really got up and left the room. Congratulations!
