Morning sickness (nausea) - drinks? Help!

I actually can’t stand water (tastes stale to me 🙈) and I often drink squash. I need to find a drink to take to work but I have really gone off ribena (I have the ribena light, please don’t judge I have the taste buds of a child when it comes to drinks 🤣🙈) and it makes me feel quite sick at the moment. I’ve found flat lemonade has worked wonders the last couple of days if I have little sips when the nausea wave rises. Has anyone got a drink that works for them that they have tried? I’m not a very good drinker, hence the squash, but I know I obviously need to for me and little one 🥰 I am nauseous all through the day - I work 7.30am - 5.30-6pm so need quite a lot of fluid in the day. I’m 6+3 so got a long old way to go I know!

I been drinking smoothies zx

I have found smoothies quite good too and having 1-2 cans of pop per day xx

I was advised to get Jamaican ginger beer, I've bought it but the thought of it makes me feel more sick!

I drink flavoured water as I can’t drink normally water xx

I found fizzy orange drinks, like Fanta worked last time I was pregnant. xx

I’ve been finding high juice (orange in particular) helps with my nausea. I put it in a bottle with a straw so it’s easier to carry round and sip wherever I go x

I’ve found drinking out a cup with a straw has helped with nausea and where I’m so thirsty.

Apparently full fat coke before you get up really settles nausea. And I’ve been drinking ginger and lemon tea or soda water mostly. Good luck ❤️

Ginger tea, literally just boil some grated ginger with a pinch of brown sugar or cinnamon for 6-8 minutes and strain, it’s helped me massively!

I've been drinking peppermint tea which seems to work, even if it goes cold still does the job

Ginger ale/beer or the tesco still flavoured water has been good for me!
