Are you feeling okay? Keep an eye on your symptoms and could try calling 111 for some general advice.
Stay nice and calm. Just ensure you keep your fluids up, if you are unwell, but don’t get better in 48 hours, call your midwife or GP. You’ll more than likely be fine x
Do you not have a number for the maternity ward at your hospital to speak to a midwife x
Look out for fever or vomiting or diarrhoea - if you have this call your GP and tell them you have a suspicion of food poisoning due to eating raw chicken and they’ll put you under antibiotics. If you want to take the antibiotics without waiting for these symptoms, just for peace of mine, you could just pretend and ask for it. Note that you have should also have free prescriptions while pregnant. Also note that it is extremely rare to be contaminated so you should be fine. I had unpasteurised cheese by accident few months ago and everything was fine.
