Curtains in nursery?

Hi! I really dislike curtains that don't touch the floor but do you think floor-length curtains could be unsafe in a nursery?

Not unsafe for a baby but as soon as that toddler / grabbing / crawling stage hits then you’d have to change them anyways x

We had blinds in our sons room in our old place and that was fine and now we’ve moved we have floor length curtains. He’s three and never done anything dangerous with them. He likes to play hide and seek sometimes but other than that he ignores them. They’re very securely attached to the curtain pole which is also very secure to the wall 🤷‍♀️ Maybe we missed the ‘unsafe’ period but for us they’re fine.

We have floor length curtains throughout our place and honestly our lb who's 19m old ignores them 95% of the time unless we are playing hide and seek like above. I personally prefer floor length as it keeps the room darker in the lighter months x

We have floor length curtains in our living room and our toddler has only ever used them to hide behind for a poo 😂
