Frida mom c section silicone scar patches

Has anyone used these c section scar patches? My doc gave me the go ahead but unfortunately instructions say to be hairless before putting them on. I’m 6 weeks PP and Unfortunately my situation down there is the opposite of hairless 😅and I don’t feel comfortable shaving over the incision yet because it’s still a tad tender plus there’s a bunch of stubborn glue from the surgery that won’t budge. Ugh Okay to use these patches over pubic hair? Or should I wait until I can shave Ps- if you have a doc that shaved you before your c section consider yourself so lucky.
