Sex when dilated
Is it safe for me to have sex when I’m dilated? My waters haven’t broken but I am about 3cm dilated? Is it also safe for the semen to go inside me tmi sorry but just want to be careful :)

@Ella the only reason I want to do it is cos it’s suppose to help bring on labour feel like I’m stuck at 3cm forever now lol

@Ella Ah thank u i hope so😂 I’ve been 3cm for few days and contractions are soo mild and not properly regular yet so I just want to try speed her up xx

Yess! I’m almost certain it helped my waters break I tried everything then sex was the last option, 8 hours later my waters broke 😂 it can also help bring on those contractions! Good luck
