I had my first at St. Mary’s, I was registered at Queen Charlotte but on the day they didn’t have enough beds for me so I had to go to St. Mary’s.. I had my second 3 weeks ago at Queen Charlotte and I would definitely recommend Queen Charlotte. Cannot fault the care I had both times antenatally and throughout labour and postnatal. St. Mary’s however, I did not have the best experience during my induction.. most of the team were amazing on the labour ward but not so much on the post natal ward, I had to discharge myself early! So to summarise - Definitely recommend Queen Charlotte.
My Queen Charlotte’s Delivery Suite was amazing. So spacious and clean. Triage was a nightmare though. St Mary’s is the same trust so in theory the staff and care should be the same. The building is older there though which affects a lot of the feedback. I was happy to go to either but QCCH is closer. I spend a lot of time at St Mary’s other departments now for my son and rate it.

I wouldn’t recommend St Mary’s. I registered there to begin with and it’s like third world and the overall attitude of the staff is poor.
