C section/Weighted hula hoop

I’m 3 weeks 5 days post c section and was wondering if I could start using my weighted hula hoop to try lose weight, I’m unhappy in my body and have always been ( I went on a weight loss journey which was working then fell pregnant😂!)
So I’m looking to lose weight now and go on this journey but not sure when to start! I feel fine bodily and recovered quite quick from my c section I feel I was back to normal crazy life just 3/4 days after chasing around after the little ones ect with just some pain sometimes (was mainly at night when my body went in rest mode) but now it’s been three weeks I have none of that at all, I feel perfectly fine in myself I just don’t want to overdo it and do some damage so wondering if just waiting the whole six weeks is the better idea x
I would really wait longer! You’ve just had surgery where a surgeon has cut through layers of skin and muscle in your abdomen. This is a huge undertaking and your body needs time. It’s your body but I’m 7 weeks pp and I’ve only just started to feel little aches on the inside where it’s healing.
