Dewsbury hospital parking

I usually go to Pinderfields for appointments but they had nothing available. It's my first scan with this baby so feeling anxious about it already and overthinking everything. Is parking as horrible at Dewsbury hospital as it is at Pinderfields?

I found it easier at Dewsbury but my appointments were super super early so not sure if it’s like that all day

It's reasonable. I've got parked there ok everytime I've had an appointment, never struggled for a space. You get a ticket as you go through barrier, and then use that at pay machine to pay for duration (think card and cash options) before you leave. Hope this helps.

Every time iv been to a&e at dewsbury (a lot because sports and that😂) iv managed to park right away, nowhere near as bad as pinders!!xx

There is parking round by the birth centre and the part of the hospital where you’ll go for a scan but it’s often full. There is also the main car park which you can usually get a space in pretty easily but allow time to walk over to Bronte towers as it’s a bit of a trek

Thank you all! 😊

I found parking at Dewsbury OK, same price as the others I think x

I'd recommend parking in the smaller car park if there's space (it's right next to the building you'll be in). If there's no space, the main car park has plenty of space but it's a bit of a walk x
