There is an aquanatel class that is lovely on a Tuesday at castle view school at 6pm but it's not on until end of August due to something at the school

Free aqua bumps classes at Washington On a Friday morning! I went when pregnant and it was brilliant. Email change4lifeteam@sunderland.gov.uk and they'll sign you up 😊

I second aqua bumps at Washington! I go every week. Just to note, it's not on for the next 2 weeks though x

For castle view you just turn up on the night, pay at the little reception bit (cash) and then it’s through the doors and changing rooms are on your left from what I remember they put little signs up x
