Transabdominal cerclage vs TVC

I had an emergency TVC which failed but emergency ones tend to have lower success vs preventative ones. My next one will be a Shordkar which is a super high TVC, it comes within mm of where a transabdominal stitch would be. Not sure if this is helpful at all but always happy to chat further x
