Amazon baby wishlist discount not working

Hi all, Probably being silly but I made my Amazon baby wish list nearly 3 weeks ago and just went to purchase some items but the 15% discount hasn’t been applied? Had for more than 14 days so unsure why 🤔 all items added are eligible for the discount too!

I had a similar thing, contacted customer service and they said it was because some of the items I was buying were from amazon.com not .co.uk, in the end didn't bother with it because it was such a faffy mess to sort it all out. Even after I made sure it was uk the discount still didn't go through. You could contact customer service and see if you get further than me but my pregnancy brain just couldn't deal with all the technicalities etc. I wish you luck

I was the same before I had my little one and never got anywhere with customer service who said no discounts were working currently try again later... Later still never worked multiple times so I gave up

Never worked for me in either of my pregnancies. Was such a faff I just left it, wasn't worth the stress x

Yes I got it to work! Had to watch a YouTube video 🤣 I was doing it on my phone and going Baby Wishlist —> Add to Basket rather than through the ‘Redeem Now’ —> add to basket
