Have you tried listing without the word breast in the title. I think that may be why it’s going against the guidelines? Try just the brand of pump it is
I know my local hospital accept donations. Maybe try phoning yours and see if they want it?
You can join a breastfeeding group or a buy nothing group on Facebook!
You can give it away to local people for free on Trush Nothing, Freegle , Gumtree x
Breast pumps have to be brand new I think to post on Vinted due to hygiene issue. There is a Facebook group called Vinted banned items (UK).

You can sell on fb group called “exclusively pumping yard sale” !! I’ve sold and bought many things from there. When you post you just have to take pictures with your name and date next to the items or it won’t get approved
