My sister had an amazing experience twice at Loudoun, my coworkers daughter had a horror experience at stone springs (her water broke, doctors didn’t believe it was her water, sent her home, came back a day later demanding to be seen and after doctors were yelled at was she seen) I have no personal experience.
I plan on having my baby boy at Loudoun. All my friends have said it’s like the Hilton of birthing inns. And highly recommend it.
I had a horrible experience at stone springs, steer clear of that, if you want proper care. I was having an emergency with my pregnancy and they weren’t listening,my husband had to help me. I had him get me to another hospital asap!
I delivered 2 weeks ago at Inova Loudoun and cannot recommend this hospital enough. The care throughout the whole experience was phenomenal. I was so scared initially because: one, I was having my twins at 34 weeks only; two, I was having a C-section (which is definitely not the kind of birth I wanted) and three, I had only known about my surgery a week in advance. All the staff made me extremely comfortable and I felt like they truly cared for me and my babies. And even though my little ones were only 34 weeks, the NICU team assessed them quickly so they could still let me hold them for a little while before having to take them, all so I wouldn’t miss out on seeing them.
