Bless you. The nausea and vomiting was the worst part of me. InshaAllah it will pass soon. If it is very severe have you contacted your doctor to get some anti sickness pills? Please make sure you get help if it’s too much. Drink as much water as possible to keep yourself hydrated. May Allah make it easy for you
May Allah grant you ease ameen. Super hard dealing with the nausea and sickness. In Shaa Allah it will pass in the second trimester. My sister I found tiredness and hunger made it worse. I know it's easier said than done but try and rest and snack often. In Shaa Allah khayr
Look into magnesium supplements
May Allah make it easy sis!
@Aminata Ameen, thank you so much. I’ve had 1 ER visit so far due to dehydration, it’s the worst feeling
@Fahima Ameen, thank you. I got diclectin prescribed by my doctor but it’s not 100% effective on all days. I can’t drink water but I’ll keep trying to stay hydrated. Bless you
@Zai Thank you, I’ve been hearing this a lot that hunger makes it worse but how does that even work you when you can’t hold any food too?
@Fatima Ameen, thank you
@Zahra never heard of this, I’ll look into it. Thank you
@Sophia even the smallest thing can help, cracker, biscuit, apples helped loads... It's so difficult but it really does make a difference. I felt the same through all of July and August. IA khayr
Try having flavoured water, plain rice, literally just to fill ur stomach up somehow so you don’t feel more sick. Also try and get out the house, I realised I felt more sick at home
Sophia do you think you may have Hyperemesis Gravidium?
inShaAllah it gets easier for you sis, I had hyperemesis gravidarum which was severe morning sickness, I ended up losing so much weight the GP had to give me some tablets. Eat in smaller portions but regular timings and try to drink a lot of water, lucozade helped a little. It’s honestly the worst and will make you feel like crap but it’ll hopefully clear up for you. Try to eat bland food too x

Suck on ice cubes to get hydrated. I couldnt drink anything either when I was pregnant. I had HG for 9 months. I used to suck on ice cubes. It used to take half an hour to have 1 but it helped. Get checked on ketones too. If you have more then 3, you will need to go A&E for fluids. Inshallah it will get better for you x
Assalam Alaikum, Allah shifakum, have you ever had your magnesium tested? Morning sickness can be a sign of a magnesium deficiency.
In Sha Allah Allah makes it easy for you and baby..
First trimester is like a Rollercoaster but you will get over once your first trimester is done but be ready for your last trimester that is gonna be alot of challenging it is normal for pregnancy just be patience. Just drink enough water and smoothie, walking will help you just need alot of air I mostly tell my friends and family to avoid Tylenol is not preventing children from getting autism, if you not feeling well napping will help and a cold shower.
Hey Mama, it will all be okay inshallah! I had the worst nausea and vomiting during my first trimester as well, I had to quit my job and went to the ER a couple times to get IV fluid due to how much I was throwing up. You might be having a girl because they say girls give us a lot of nausea! Stay strong, it will be done soon hopefully by the 2nd trimester like mine. Wishing you a safe and healthy remainder of your pregnancy 🤍🤲🏾
