Alternative for a deep freeze or Deep heat gel
Hi guys, does anyone know any safe alternative option for deep freeze or deep heat? I'm suffering from tense neck muscle, and I don't know what to use for it now. Also, I'm addicted to the smell of deep heat ( Tiger balm is my fav) 😁😂 make me fall asleep 😛

Not sure if it'd be the same as tiger balm (I love that stuff too!) But you could give magnesium spray a try. Voltarol and ibuprofen gel says ideally not to be used x
