What does it mean if I have EWCM and no sign of period?

I am on CD 29 and still getting egg white discharge and my period should have begun. I took a pregnancy test and still negative but I think I ovulated really late this cycle. I may be 7DPO, is this a good sign to have?? I took an ovulation test and it is definitely going down and is negative. So confused?

@HayI actually think I ovulated on CD29. So now that Puts me at 7 DPO today. Still no signs of my period which is so strange considering I am on CD35 but makes complete sense as I ovulated last week. Testing Friday if my period doesn’t show 🤞🏼 bbt is still high considering it was low on that day around ovulation. Baby dust to you all!

So turns out that the spotting I had on day 16-18 must have been my period because I ovulated a couple of days ago which worked out to be around day 15. I hope you get some positive news soon! xx
