Phantom period while breastfeeding?
my baby is 5 months old and EBF. For the past couple of months I've experienced PMS symptoms but then not started bleeding, this month the PMS symptoms are wiping me out .. feel sick, dizzy, bad cramps, absolutely shattered. But, still no blood! Wondering if anyone else who is breastfeeding has experienced this?

I’ve been having the exact same thing! I thought I was going crazy but I’m definitely having all the PMS symptoms every month but no period. Also ebf!
Same here, no period but I've got symptoms every months. And also ebf my little 5 months old boy 🥰 so you're not alone!
