Anyone try pump princess by legendairy milk supplements?

Yes I loveeed this supplement along with liquid gold and sunflower lecithin

I thought it helped but my lactation consultant said it doesn’t work for most. She said liquid gold works for more mommas. But everyone is different. I’m currently using liquid gold.

I used it a few days however, I would like to say yes it helped. I noticed once I started taking it my baby girl could not keep any of her milk in so I went back to the liquid gold which has helped me.

@My like she couldn’t keep it down? Do you think it changed the milk composition?? Asking bc I’m currently taking them and notice rush a little

@Gabby Yes. She kept spitting up large quantities of her milk. I was telling my mom about it and she mentioned that Black cumin comes from some type of Black seed. When I looked up Black cumin one of the side effects were vomiting and upset stomach. I believe it was just not agreeing with her.

Pump princess works for me. Liquid gold helps a tiny amount but not like pump princess

Yes it does but it made my milk have high lipase and now I have 1,000+ frozen ounces that my baby won’t even drink 😭
