Best ways to get rid of the mum tum

Daughter is only 4 months old but I’m getting pretty self conscious about my tummy now. I breastfeed and lost the first bit of weight pretty quickly/easily but just wondered what the best type of exercise is to help get my stomach flat? I don’t have time to go to the gym or anything so something I can do at home or with baby would be best.

Horrible isn’t it, I’ve got a massive lower belly since pregnancy and following c section, nothing fits so having to buy new stuff but I still look pregnant and my lower belly sticks out of all tight clothing!

@Leanne I had a c-section as well and I have a slight overhang just over the scar. It’s not terrible and as it’s winter I can just wear jumpers and stuff but would like to feel a bit better about myself.

I gave birth vaginally and I’ve got this pudge that I hate. I’ve gained weight on my wife’s stomach my thighs got bigger shavings hard I’m always so winded and I just feel like I can not lose it at all

I gained a lot during pregnancy and what helped loose the mummy tummy was just drinking a lot of water, eating real food and avoid sugar and wheat.

@Kirsty that’s amazing! I wish all LAs offered that, and so regularly as well

There’s an app called baby2body

Walking with the pram, proper walking will help loads, it's free and gets you out of the house on those hard days. I make an effort to go everyday and it's getting s lot better

I recently started chloe tings workouts, they are free and you can mark the day as complete when uve worked out and i find that motivating, i lost 4lb in just under 2 weeks!
