How to give calpol to exclusively breastfed baby?

My little girl has her 8 week Immunisation tomorrow and I am so worried about her reaction. And I have no idea how I can give her calpol as I am EBF?

There is a syringe in the calpol box 😊 she probably won’t like it (my big didn’t) but needs must!

It comes with a syringe and you can just squirt it very gradually into the inside of their cheek - my EBF boy was very happy taking it that way! (Think he liked the taste!)

Mine is bottle fed but she dribbled out basically the whole dose, you could putting a bit at a time on your finger tip and popping it in her mouth to suck

Thank you so much everyone!

If you want some tips - give the dose slowly in little bits at a time. My baby spat a lot of it out if I didn’t go verrrrrt slowly and then it was hard to know if she’d had the full dose. Aim the syringe into the side of their mouth. Have tissues and wipes handy as it’s sticky stuff!

Thank you everyone again. Managed. Heartbroken all day as my little one is struggling a lot after injections:(
