I also have anterior placenta and 25 weeks and don’t feel much movement only strong flutters - most people I know with anterior don’t feel movement till 28 weeks +
I have an anterior placenta & plus size with alot of my weight being on my belly, I felt movements from 16 weeks I'm now 24 weeks & the kicks are so strong, it hasn't effected me feeling her at all. Hopefully it will stay like this fingers crossed 🤞 x
I’m exactly the same think it will take more time for us xx
I am also anterior placenta and 23+5 weeks. I do feel strong flutters but not kicks and movements yet. And it disappears most of the time. Can you please tell me if I can do the normal exercises with anterior placenta? Or is it not allowed ?
Everyone is totally different, I have a friend who is 26 weeks, plus size with AP and she has hardly felt any movement whereas I’m 23 weeks, plus size with AP and I’ve felt him move since 16 weeks and his kicks are very strong and unmistakable now. Saying that, I did end up at the MAU due to reduced movements yesterday and it tuns out he is tucked up right behind my placenta so his kicks are now very cushioned. I’m sure you will feel your baby soon!
I'm plus size too with a very jelly belly and an anterior placenta I'm 24+5 today and I'm starting to feel her more in the last couple of week but still not massively and some days I feel like she's disappeared completely. Hopefully you'll start to feel stronger movement soon.
I have an anterior placenta and whilst I have days where I can feel and see baby loads, I have others where he just disappears and I can't feel him. I ended up a MAU last night for that exact reason and she said they still have a lot of room in there and so it's easy for them to hide and be kicking away where you can't feel. I'm 25+4 today. The movements you feel will get stronger and more obvious but if you're ever concerned call triage and they will get you in to check baby x
