Nutty banana bread (vegan - my LO can't eat egg)

Preheat oven to 180°C fan. Mash up 3 large bananas in a mixing bowl, add 75ml sunflower oil, 100g dark brown sugar and mix well. Add 175g self raising flour, 50g ground almonds, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and mix well again. Butter a loaf pan, line it with some baking paper and pour your mixture in. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, check to make sure the loaf isn't browning too much (if it is, put a bit of tin foil on top) and give it another 20 minutes. Take out and cool for a bit then turn out onto a rack to further cool. Slice and enjoy. Keeps well on the counter top for 4 days in a tightly sealed container. Or you can refrigerate it to make it last a week or freeze it! Our loaf never lasts more than 4 days as my LO loves it as a snack! Hope you do too! You could be extra piggy and slather on some butter! Let me know if you made it!
