Cramping after Membrane Sweep?

I went to my 38wk appointment yesterday & I think my OB gave me a membrane sweep because he told me that if I don’t go into labor in the next 48 hours, my scheduled induction will still go as planned. Anyway.. I’ve been cramping the whole day & night since the sweep. It feels like my period cramps on my lower back, but it hasn’t gone away at all😭 I don’t even think there’s a pattern to it, so I can’t tell if I’m having contractions or not. I’m so uncomfortable already & feel like my back is burning because of cramping all night. It was so hard to sleep. I got it done 11:30AM yesterday (11/13) & it’s now 7:34AM today (11/14) & the cramping hasn’t stopped😭😭 Is this even normal?
